By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Paymint provides a comprehensive payment integration platform that simplifies the implementation of Paddle payment systems for developers and businesses. Our Service includes but is not limited to:

• • Automated webhook handling and management systems
• • Subscription lifecycle management tools

The Service is designed to work in conjunction with third-party payment processors, particularly Paddle. We do not process payments directly but provide tools and infrastructure to facilitate payment integrations.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• • THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Paymint, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

Your License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. This license terminates when your account is terminated.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.

11. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Paddle). These integrations are subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability, functionality, or security.

You are responsible for complying with all third-party terms and obtaining necessary permissions for integrations.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

Effect of Termination
